Our Commitment to Privacy

AiCleanerPro is designed with privacy as a core principle. All photo analysis and processing happens entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos or personal data to any servers.

Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Your photos or videos
  • Photo metadata or EXIF data
  • Facial recognition data
  • Location information from photos
  • Personal identification information

On-Device Processing

AiCleanerPro uses Apple's Vision framework and Core ML for all photo analysis. This means:

  • All AI processing happens locally on your iPhone
  • No internet connection is required for scanning
  • Your photos never leave your device
  • Analysis results are stored only on your device

Photo Library Access

We request access to your photo library solely to analyze and display photos within the app. We use Apple's PhotoKit framework with the minimum required permissions. Access is used exclusively for:

  • Scanning photos to identify duplicates and blurry images
  • Displaying photo thumbnails within the app
  • Moving selected photos to the device's trash

Subscription Data

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, including:

  • Credit card numbers
  • Billing address
  • Apple ID credentials

Analytics (Optional)

We may collect anonymized, aggregate usage statistics to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify individual users and includes only:

  • App crashes and performance metrics
  • Feature usage patterns (not photo content)
  • Device type and iOS version

Data Retention

Since we don't collect personal data, there is nothing to retain. Any local data stored on your device (such as scan results) is automatically removed when you uninstall the app.

Children's Privacy

AiCleanerPro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Right to know — You have the right to know what data we process. As described in this policy, we process minimal data and none of your photos leave your device.
  • Right to delete — Uninstalling the app removes all local data stored by AiCleanerPro from your device.
  • Right to opt-out of analytics — You can opt out of anonymized analytics collection in the app's Settings.

For California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • We do not sell personal information. We have not sold and will not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Right to delete — You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you.
  • Right to opt-out — You may opt out of the sale of personal information (not applicable, as we do not sell data).
  • Non-discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

For European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Legal basis — Where we process any personal data, we do so on the basis of your consent (e.g., analytics) or our legitimate interests in providing and improving the app.
  • Data stays on device — Because all photo processing occurs locally on your device, there are no international data transfers of your photo data.
  • Right of access — You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Right to erasure — You may request deletion of your personal data.
  • Right to restriction — You may request that we restrict processing of your personal data.
  • Right to data portability — You may request transfer of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — You may object to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to lodge a complaint — You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Third-Party Services

AiCleanerPro uses a limited number of third-party services solely for subscription management. No photo data is shared with any third party.

  • RevenueCat — Used for subscription management and entitlement verification. RevenueCat may receive your Apple ID subscriber information (not your photos) to validate your subscription status. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
  • Apple StoreKit — All payments are processed directly by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details.

No photo data, photo metadata, or content from your photo library is ever transmitted to or accessed by any third-party service.

Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Our security practices include:

  • All processing on-device — Photo analysis never leaves your iPhone, eliminating the risk of data interception in transit.
  • No cloud storage of photos — We do not operate any servers that store your photos or photo data.
  • App sandboxing — AiCleanerPro operates within Apple's strict app sandbox, isolating it from other apps and system data.
  • No third-party access to photo library — Your photo library data is accessed exclusively within the app and is never shared with third-party SDKs or services.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
