1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using AiCleanerPro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AiCleanerPro is a photo management application that uses artificial intelligence to help you identify and organize photos on your iOS device. The App provides features including:

  • Duplicate photo detection
  • Blurry photo identification
  • Screenshot management
  • Large file detection
  • Burst photo review
  • 30-day recycle bin for deleted photos

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Be responsible for backing up your photos before using deletion features
  • Be at least 13 years old to use this App
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Terms

AiCleanerPro offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly subscription: $4.99 per month
  • Yearly subscription: $29.99 per year

4.2 Free Tier

The free tier includes 3 photo scans. After using your free scans, a subscription is required to continue using the App's full features.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

5. Photo Deletion

Photos deleted through AiCleanerPro are moved to a 30-day recycle bin before permanent deletion. Important notes:

  • You can recover deleted photos from the recycle bin within 30 days
  • After 30 days, deleted photos are permanently removed and cannot be recovered
  • We strongly recommend maintaining backups of important photos
  • AiCleanerPro is not responsible for any accidental data loss

6. Limitation of Liability

AiCleanerPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for any loss of photos, videos, or data
  • We make no guarantees about the accuracy of duplicate or blur detection
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
